Women’s Self-Defense Seminar

This seminar will cover the Women’s Self-Defense 1, the ABCs of self-defense, and part 2, what happens on the ground and what if there are weapons. We’ll cover both concepts and the skills needed to become successful at defending yourself as a women. There will be a 3 hr session in the morning, Lunch (1 hr break), and a 3 hr session in the afternoon. Please wear comfortable fitting clothes, bring water and a towel if needed.
