Oil & Stone work

Expect Significant Delays
The Delaware County Department of Public Works will begin oil & stone operations in the northern portion of Delaware County on Monday, July 10, 2023. The work will begin on CR 16 and then move to CR 14, CR 18, and then CR 33. Work will then move south to CR 22, and finish CR 23.
Work is expected to take approximately 3 to 4 weeks weather depending. The traveling public should use extreme caution during this time and should expect significant delays during work periods. Suggested reduced speed limits will be posted for the roads as the process will create loose stones that can be thrown and cause damage at normal speeds. We would ask that the traveling public please slow down and respect our workers and other drivers during construction.
