This picturesque course follows the Catskill Mountain Scenic Trail from Bloomville, NY to Stamford, NY. A former railroad bed, the trail offers soft surface running on a mixture of cinders and grass with minimal changes in elevation. Some road crossings are necessary.
Disclaimer: The trail is generally well maintained, but variable weather conditions leading up to the event may impact footing. Competitors should be prepared for the possibility of puddles and mud along the course. The course does include road crossings where caution should be used.
