Comedy in the Catskills featuring local and visiting performers with a spooky spin.
The “Toil ‘n’ Trouble Comedy Show” will feature local and visiting comedians for a fun night of thematic laughs. Bring a costume and a friend for an evening of entertainment Friday, October 1, 7:30pm at the Carriage House theater space located behind Mindl’s General Store – 76 Main St. Stamford, NY 12167.
The “Toil ‘n’ Trouble Comedy Show” brings together a variety of comedy stylings stand-up by Sarah Garn, Pete Smith, Taury Seward, and Joanne Callahan, improv by GIMLICK, sketch comedy with a twist of hauntedness.
After the show will be an open mic for any attendees interested in trying out new material of their own. Witches, warlocks, monsters and cretins are all welcome to enjoy the show in the casual, well-ventilated setting of the Carriage House. In fact, it is so well-ventilated, audiences are encouraged to bring layers in the event of cool weather. Masks will be required for all audiences when indoors to help keep everyone safe.
